Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as GooseLasers.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
